A third of all women will suffer from a reproductive health condition. Hertility Health, through its advanced at-home testing and specialist care, is on a mission to reduce the time to diagnosis. R. Agency was briefed pre-launch to shine a light on the invisible fertility crisis and the archaic nature of the current diagnosis system. R. Agency was pivotal in the brand winning Barclay’s Entrepreneur of the Year and Startup Impact of the Year awards, helping to secure significant investment and driving fame for the brand.

Healthcare is a high-trust category, so building credibility alongside awareness was critical to the brand’s success with consumers and investors as the brand looked to future fundraising. To deliver on this requirement, R. Agency made Dr. O’Neill front and centre, making her available for commentary and advice, as well as lending her authority to news of product launches, updates and fundraising. Alongside this commentary, R. Agency led a solid media, tastemaker and KOL review process, allowing the women themselves to experience the service and review their own results.

R. Agency was briefed to launch Hertility Health, a pioneering brand tackling a major but often overlooked health issue: reproductive health. With one-third of women likely to experience a reproductive health condition, Hertility Health’s mission is to improve diagnostics and treatment options. The brief was to set the scene, raising awareness of the silent reproductive health crisis ahead of launching Hertility Health as a trusted and authoritative voice in women’s healthcare. R. Agency was also briefed to establish Hertility Health’s credibility within the market by building trust, visibility, and engagement. The brand was founded by Dr. O'Neill a leading expert in reproductive science.

Results

At launch, R. Agency secured features and reviews with The Times, Sheer Luxe, Grazia and more, resulting in hundreds of sign ups to the product. Furthermore, R. Agency successfully entered Hertility into Barclay’s Entrepreneur of the Year and Startup Impact of the Year awards and won, securing significant investment. The campaign effectively drove brand credibility and consumer trust, positioning Hertility Health as a pioneering force in prioritising and addressing reproductive health needs.
