Peanut is a social media network by mums, for mums. In 2019, with $5m in VC funding, Peanut launched its newest community “Trying To Conceive”.
R. Agency was tasked with increasing awareness of the platform with all women and continuing to drive downloads of the app. Utilising CEO Michelle Kennedy and her personal and professional story of womanhood and motherhood, R. Agency secured blanket coverage across UK national newspapers, international business and technology titles.
By positioning Peanut as an app for women in different life stages, not just mums, R. Agency created a movement which saw Peanut land ‘App of the day’ on the Apple App Store and increase downloads by 7% in the week of launch.
